Human Resources Generalist

itec group is partnered with a leading CPG manufacturer in Mississauga seeking an HR Generalist. This is a newly created role working closely with plant leadership, supervisors, and employees to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and HR administration.

Daily Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, transfers, and offboarding.
• Partner with managers and supervisors on employee relations, performance management, attendance, and corrective action.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, workplace expectations, and company programs.
• Support hourly workforce staffing needs, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and data in the HRIS.
