Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Team/Management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and meet monthly headcount targets.
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Manages employee on-boarding and orientation processes.
- Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, managers and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff (ie work letters, vacation, permits, examinations, eligibility, salaries, benefits, and other pertinent information).
- Educating all employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Assists with employee’s questions and problems courteously and promptly.
