**Human Resources Generalist, Xerox Mexico (XMEX)****Purpose**:- Develop a robust and broad HR strategy to support the XMEX Technology business objectives and to ensure our competitive advantage within the market segments in which we compete.
- Ensure the HR Strategy is delivered through partnership with HR Shared Services and HR Verticals.
- Build the organizational capability and capacity to deliver the strategic business direction, developing and implementing the talent agenda for Xerox Mexico.
- Provide HR leadership for the XMEX operation and act as the primary HR Business Partner to the XMEX leadership team.
- Actively engage and work with Xerox management and partners and distributors to enhance their HR management processes and organizational capabilities.
