How you will contribute
Support HR programs and initiatives; ensure smooth execution and adoption.
Support HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, data/reporting, and HR administration.
Address people matters; develop deep business understanding.
Assist on Talent Acquisition: sourcing, screening, scheduling to secure top regional candidates.
Support Talent Management: development plans and follow-up with HR Team.
