Job Summary The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions within the manufacturing facility, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role supports operational goals by ensuring effective workforce planning, maintaining a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Workforce Planning Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for manufacturing and support roles. Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding. Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning. 2.
