Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager is responsible to ensure the health and safety of all employees by driving initiatives that support the Zero Harm vision. As a member of the Senior Management Team the Human Resources Manager is responsible for all Human Resources activities at Corner Brook Pulp & Paper Limited in support of three divisions under the Corner Brook Pulp and Paper: Woodlands, Deer Lake Power and Newsprint Mill.

Health, Safety & Environmental

• Sustain a strong commitment to safety, ensuring safety is kept at the forefront and no compromises are encountered. Adhere to, and promote company safety and environmental policies.
• Support Health and Safety Policy, Procedure and initiatives.
• Ensure effective operations of the Mill’s medical center and security team on both proactive and emergency response matters.
