In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Provide clear guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on HR policies, regulations, and procedures. Prepare salary proposals and conduct compensation and benefits analyses to support equitable, competitive decision‑making. Produce HR metrics and reports, including turnover, absenteeism, hiring, headcount, and benefits utilization. Lead employee improvement and development initiatives that strengthen performance and engagement. Manage personnel requisitions, analyze role requirements, and collaborate with leaders to define hiring needs.
