As the Manager of Human Resources Operations & Employee Relations, you report directly to the Associate Executive Director. With 5-8+ years of progressive HR experience, you’ll provide strategic oversight in employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration. Your role is critical in supporting the employee lifecycle and maintaining positive union relationships.

• Conduct labour-management meetings and manage union relationships
• Oversee grievances, investigations, and resolution processes
• Prepare and negotiate collective bargaining agreements
