Key Responsibilities
Payroll Administration
- Manage full-cycle bi-weekly payroll for unionized and non-unionized employees
- Administer employee benefits, pension, EAP, remittances, and WSIB processes
- Ensure payroll compliance with applicable legislation, policies, and collective agreements
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide guidance on payroll-related matters
