We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Payroll Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role will play a key part in payroll processing, recruitment coordination, employee documentation, and policy development. Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable legislation
- Track and manage annual salary increases, bonuses, and compensation adjustments
- Prepare and issue employment offer letters and related documentation
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
