The Human Resources Recruitment & Inuit Employment Specialist is responsible for leading all recruitment activities across the City of Iqaluit, including full-cycle hiring for all departments, workforce planning support, and development of recruitment strategies that strengthen the City’s ability to attract qualified candidates.
