As a Technical Support Advisor - Commercial, you will play a key role in providing exceptional technical after-sales service and training to our valued HVAC‑R customers. What you will accomplish with us:

• Assist customers in troubleshooting HVAC‑R equipment. Assistance may be conducted through visits to the customer job site and by phone.
• Manage labor and material claims to Master from customers.
• Act as technical resource to The Master Group office staff.
• Work with the supplier and customers to find solutions to technical issues on job sites.
• Prepare and provide technical training and fulfill the objectives given by the sales director.
