Job Description
Key Responsibilities
PM and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems and componentsBoilers and boiler components, Package rooftop systems, Heat Pumps, Unit heaters
Respond to and perform emergency and preventative maintenance with detailed reports and strong customer service 
Strong drive for customer satisfaction
Communication skills with customers and team is a key resource to success 
Recover, recycle, store, and dispose of refrigerants according to environmental regulations.
Perform minor electrical repairs (controls, contactors, motors, wiring)
Strong BAS controls background to navigate, diagnose and repair BAS systems.
Perform preventative maintenance programs on equipment
Ability to price and scope out reactive repairs and small projects
