Support women in crisis as a Counsellor for Advanced Practice at the Jean Tweed Centre, specializing in trauma, substance use, and mental health. This contract position offers a hybrid model for flexible work-life balance.
In this full-time role, you will provide compassionate support and clinical assessments, aimed at helping women overcome personal challenges and trauma. Your expertise in trauma-informed care will facilitate healing and connection while ensuring integrated follow-up with necessary community resources. You’ll address individual and group needs in a supportive, therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform clinical assessments for diverse client needs
• Cultivate therapeutic relationships for effective support

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
