This role embodies dual responsibilities as a teacher and placement coordinator both for Personal Support Worker classes. Candidates will engage adult learners in a hybrid model, combining both online and in-person learning experiences. You will focus on student assessment and provide tailored support throughout their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement PSW courses in hybrid delivery format
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of learners
• Oversee student placements, offering guidance and support
• Maintain compliance with documentation processes
• Encourage a supportive learning environment for diverse learners
Requirements:
• RN or RPN credentials required
• Certificate from Ontario College of Teachers, in good standing
