NFP is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the insurance sector in a hybrid role based in Ottawa. Utilize your extensive expertise to enhance client relationships and drive revenue.
This full-time permanent position in the Ontario Commercial Lines Division requires you to engage directly with clients, ensuring excellent service and addressing all inquiries related to their accounts. With more than five years in the industry, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients while identifying additional insurance needs and facilitating cross-selling opportunities to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating marketing strategies for business applications
• Deliver timely and professional responses to client queries
• Generate opportunities for additional lines of coverage
• Strengthen relationships with clients and insurance carriers
Requirements:
• RIBO license is necessary
• 5+ years in broking or underwriting experience
