Hybrid Strategy & Operations Manager Role

Create impactful strategies at BWZ as a Strategy and Operations Manager in an evolving organization. Help shape project execution while driving operational efficiency.

In this vital role, you’ll report to the COO, taking charge of zero-to-one initiatives and ensuring solid project management frameworks. Collaborate closely with the VP Finance and VP Tech/AI to enhance the efficiency of key operational processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the development of innovative product pilots from concept to launch • Instill project discipline in leadership initiatives and decision-making • Evaluate and refine business cases for new concepts • Assist in FP&A for new products through analytical support • Create and implement performance scorecards and dashboards
