Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and analyze operational data for improvement opportunities
• Maintain KPI dashboards according to site targets
• Execute CI methodologies like standard work and SMED
• Document CI business cases and track project outcomes
• Conduct Gemba walks for improvement idea capture
