Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly IBP cycle deliverables (Demand Review, Supply Review, Management Business Review, Performance Review).
• Support data gathering, validation, and analysis for demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory projections.
• Develop a project to standardize the tools used for the IBP process across the SOCOPAC zone.
• Consolidate and organize customer sales data into clear and actionable reports.
• Support the updating and monitoring of the e-commerce channel P&L.
• Record, track, and report on the status of the investment budget.
• Manage and follow up on the creative requests backlog, ensuring deadlines are met and monitoring usage and performance.
• Document and propose improvements to internal processes to increase operational efficiency.
