Project Manager – ICI Construction (Ground-Up Preferred)

We’re working with an established GTA-based General Contractor seeking a Project Manager to oversee ICI construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate brings experience managing ground-up commercial and/or institutional projects, while additional exposure to interior renovations/fit-outs is considered an asset.

This role is well suited for someone who can manage multiple stakeholders, maintain project momentum, and drive successful delivery across schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction planning through turnover and closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, and project documentation
