Together we walk in partnership with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and local Indigenous communities to co-create meaningful learning opportunities that reflect Indigenous ways of knowing, being, and doing. A deep respect for the land and the people who have called it home since time immemorial is essential.

We are looking for someone with lived experience as a First Nations, Inuit, or Métis person who brings a background in education, a willingness to learn as well as lead, and a heart for building strong, respectful relationships.

• Support Indigenous students and families in navigating WRSD processes and providing input to WRSD regarding the creation of more powerful learning environments for Indigenous students
