ILS Training Specialist III (Instructional Systems Designer)

The ILS Training Specialist III (Instructional Systems Designer) is responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing engaging and innovative training solutions for technical and non-technical audiences within a defence/shipbuilding environment. Working closely with the ILS Training Manager, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, the incumbent ensures training materials align with project requirements, regulatory standards, and organizational goals. This role involves conducting front end analysis, designing and developing instructional materials, and supporting the continuous improvement of training programs.

Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
