IMMEX Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Oversee IMMEX program compliance, including import/export operations, inventory control, and fixed asset management.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of correct filling of Pedimentos consolidados and programs used (R8, Prosec, TMEC).
• Maintain up-to-date records of all materials and assets imported under IMMEX, including reconciliation with physical inventory and asset registers.
• Coordinate with customs brokers and government agencies to ensure compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting IMMEX and communicate updates to relevant departments.
• Lead internal audits and prepare for external inspections by customs and regulatory authorities.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with IMMEX and Mexican customs regulations.
• Oversee Fixed Asset and Inventory Analysts.
• Prepare and submit required reports to SAT and Secretaría de Economía.
