Responsibilities
- Assist in reviewing and filing import and export documentation, including invoices, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
- Keep Annex 24, customs declaration records, and foreign trade files up to date and organized.
- Verify that imported and exported goods match the BOMs and records in SAP.
- Provide support for invoicing and tracking import and export operations under different customs regimes.
- Monitor customs declaration uploads and downloads and verify merchandise balances, including expiration dates and units of measure.
- Collaborate with carriers and internal departments to ensure compliance with foreign trade operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and records required by the Integrated Management System (IMS) and applicable ISO standards.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management related to import and export operations.
