Position Overview:The Import-Export Assistant supports daily international trade and logistics operations by coordinating import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, maintaining accurate operational records, and supporting cross-functional communication.This role works closely with customs brokers, freight providers, and internal departments to support efficient and compliant import-export processes.Position Responsibilities:Support import and export operations to ensure compliance with Mexico and U.S. customs regulations, including U.S. and MX HTS classification, country of origin, customs valuation, and product descriptions.Execution and coordination of virtual transfer movements related to import-export operations.Coordinate import-export logistics activities with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and freight carriers.Prepare, organize, and maintain import-export records and document retention files in both physical and digital formats.Capture, ...
