Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate information about Generations Toronto in-person within your community
  • Explain eligibility criteria and answer questions about the application process in-person
  • Offer reassurance and support to families with questions or concerns in-person
  • Document conversation details and follow-up actions as required
