Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about Generations Toronto in-person within your community

Explain eligibility criteria and answer questions about the application process in-person

Offer reassurance and support to families with questions or concerns in-person

Document conversation details and follow-up actions as required

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills and listening skills

Friendly and patient

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

Detail-oriented and organized

Comfortable speaking in-person

Ability to follow FAQ guidelines while personalizing conversations

Ability to speak in Farsi, Kutchi, Gujarati or other languages is an asset but not required
