Inclusive Education Coordinator

The successful candidate

will demonstrate a deep commitment to working collaboratively alongside parents and the broader education team to plan, implement, and monitor student IEP programs. Key Responsibilities / Core Competencies: · IEP Development & Implementation: Design, write, and execute high-quality, measurable SMART IEPs and student learning plans tailored to individual student needs. · Curriculum Adaptation: Effectively modify and adapt general education curriculum to support diverse learning styles and exceptionalities across grades K-12. · Collaborative Teamwork: Function as an active, supportive member of the educational team. Collaborate regularly with parents, SEAs, general education staff, therapy providers, support personnel, and external community agencies. · Educational Assessment & Diagnostics: Recognize distinct learning challenges, prescribe appropriate educational remediation, and accurately evaluate student progress.
