You will lead the implementation of the '2 Billion Trees' program, providing expert governance in project management while fostering community engagement. Your role involves coordinating training initiatives, securing partnership agreements, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Collaborating with First Nations and local governments, you'll drive initiatives that promote ecological restoration and Métis community well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the '2 Billion Trees' program policies and activities
• Negotiate contracts with funding bodies and partners
• Facilitate community outreach and educational workshops
• Track program progress and environmental impact
• Develop reports for stakeholders and MNBC leadership
