Support Indigenous engagement as an Organizational Development Intern. Collaborate on strategies to improve job accessibility and create an inclusive recruitment process for Indigenous candidates.
In this role, you will help evaluate and enhance recruitment practices benefiting Indigenous applicants within a non-profit sector context. Duties include an analysis of HR practices and job descriptions, delivering recommendations aimed at boosting diversity and inclusion. Your work will involve research methodologies and community engagement to inform diverse hiring outcomes.
