Be an agent of change as the Prairie Grasslands Stewardship Specialist at the University of Saskatchewan, advancing conservation and knowledge sharing within Indigenous communities. This position prioritizes community engagement and cultural conservation practices across the Prairie biome.
As a vital part of the Indigenous Grasslands Stewardship team, the Specialist will engage with community land stewards, Elders, and Indigenous partners. Your strong grounding in grasslands ecology will enable you to deliver impactful programs and foster a collaborative environment. Travel to various Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Alberta communities is essential to support knowledge exchange.
