Indigenous Relationship Manager - National Bank (Montreal)

About the Role

Working as part of the Indigenous Relations team and reporting to the Managing Director, the Indigenous Relations Representative will focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with Indigenous communities across a designated region of Canada.

This role is rooted in relationship‑building. It involves connecting with community leadership and staff, learning about community priorities, and sharing insights internally to help National Bank better understand partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain respectful relationships with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities within the assigned region.
• Connect with community staff and elected leadership to better understand their priorities, goals, and economic interests.
