Alberta Blue Crosshas an immediate opening for a Full-Time Administrator in our Individual Products Member Support department. Working from home, the focus is customer experience and retention. You will be an ambassador on behalf ofAlberta Blue Crossand will handle incoming customer inquiries from multiple sources along with requests and plan updates for members.
The successful candidate will be highly detail oriented, passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and ready to handle a fast-paced work environment.
