Industrial Electrician 442A

Job Description Key Responsibilities : Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, VFDs, electrical instrumentation and sensors, lighting fixtures and replace damaged or broken wires and cables. Repairs and replaces electric and electronic components such as motors, contactors, relays, switches or sensors, PLCs, light curtains, motor controls, VFDs, etc. Installs, examines, replace or repair electric wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, cable assemblies, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.

Performs preventive and predictive maintenance on production and production supporting equipment as outlined in the individual work instructions. Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers and VFDs on packaging and processing machinery. Test for malfunctions, verify repairs and document of all programming changes.
