Responsibilities

The Labour Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing fair, data‑driven work standards through standard operating procedure reviews, time & motion studies, and statistical analysis. This role also leads key projects to optimize warehouse performance including layout design, pick‑path improvements, and racking configurations. This position is expected to work closely with many different company departments including warehouse associates, warehouse management, distribution center management, IT, and operations support. Strong change‑management skills are required to influence stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and guide teams through operational changes.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Define work elements, complete floor observations, analyze data, and implement engineered standards in Distribution Centers (DCs) across Canada. Some travel to the Unites States may be required
