Description
Industrial Engineer with experience in regulated industry to lead lean manufacturing initiatives focused on waste elimination across the site, including but not limited to: Value stream mapping, change-over optimization (SMED) and Time studies Standard work development for repetitive and non-repetitive tasks Labor hours standard definition, Kan-ban systems implementation, among others. Cycle times, production sequences, and material flow improvements RESPONSABILITIES: Support Lean Daily Management System at all levels Calculate the financial impact for the savings initiatives. Promote the identification of waste in manufacturing and business processes with the focus on Root Cause problem solving. Lead and facilitate the application of Six sigma to complex issues. Design and implement visual control strategies and 6S.
