Industrial Engineer

POSITION OBJECTIVE

As Industrial Engineer you are responsible for establishing the best line process configuration and requirements to assure the most safety, quality and efficient process according to the existing standards. This scope considers not only the current processes but also the process changes and new product/process implementations. Continuous improvement is also another key focus of your daily journey as well as the problem solving related activities.

In this position you are also responsible for providing support to the day-to-day operation as well as to other areas in those activities that require your knowledge and expertise to complete activities with impact on our KPIs.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the daily operation topics.
• Definition of the assembly process based on Health & Safety, Quality, and Cost KPIs.
• Line balancing according to the Labor Efficiency KPI using site BRP tools and software. <...
