• Determining and implementing the production flows and methods for new products and departments
• Determining and implementing new production technologies
• Managing factory layouts
• Providing all necessary production means, machinery, tools, raks, etc.; defining production balances and the best use of resources
• Working with R&D to define the best solutions for new products
• Managing production start‑ups, following training, testing, and start‑up
• Determining product processing cycles
• Planning, managing, and monitoring implementation projects, controlling time and costs

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Lean/TOC methodologies
• SAP knowledge
• Experience with sheet metal, painting, foaming, and assembly processes
• Advanced English proficiency
