Role Overview

The Software Validation Specialist plays a key role in our Innovation and Sustainability Team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure industrial machinery control software—particularly for injection molding machines—meets both technical standards and end-user needs. Leveraging broad expertise across mechanical, electrical, software, and fluid power systems, this role ensures seamless system integration and defect‑free performance that supports customer success.
