Inflight Operations Coordinator - West

Overview

The opportunity to assist and support the line operations while contributing to On Time Performance (OTP) and a safe operation. Provide and coordinate regional support to the Inflight Operations Managers, Inflight Regional Managers and Flight Attendants. Liaise with other departments and outside parties.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on day-to-day delays and cancellations in the region to determine root causes.
• Inform/guide Flight Attendants on on-time performance processes.
• Provide OTP reports to the Inflight Operations Managers and Regional Managers on trends and issues that may require additional follow up and participate in OTP improvement initiatives.
• Manage all Inflight & OBP Irregularity reports.
• Categorize reports, initiate investigations, and provide responses to Flight Attendants as required.
