WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Access Provisioning Analyst supports the firm’s User Access Management (UAM) function by facilitating secure and compliant access to RBCCM systems and applications across multiple platforms, environments and user groups. The analyst operates within a defined IT Risk and control framework and is responsible for ensuring all access is provisioned in accordance with established policies, standards, and standing orders.WHAT WILL YOU DO?Review and analyze access requests submitted through the firm’s ticketing systems.
Validate completeness and accuracy of requests prior to processing.
Triage requests to appropriate approval groups, including:Line managersRole stewardsApplication or book ownersCompliance and risk teams (as required)
Ensure all required approvals are properly documented before fulfilment activities proceed.
