We're hiring a Helpdesk Technician (Level 3) for a fully onsite role (5 days) based in Montreal. This position is focused on advanced end-user support and helpdesk operations, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft 365 and endpoint management. The expected salary range is approximately $90K.

What you will be doing

  • Provide Level 3 helpdesk support as the final escalation point for complex technical issues across the organization
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and Windows 10/11 environments
  • Manage endpoint deployment and lifecycle using SCCM and/or Intune (MDM/MAM)
