Salary Range

$90,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, including mail flow, connectors, and transport rules.
• Manage shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and mail‑enabled objects.
• Support messaging‑related escalations and perform mailbox audits (access, forwarding, usage).
• Maintain and support email security configurations and controls.
• Operate and maintain the SolarWinds & Azure monitoring platform.
• Perform daily alert triage, health checks, and troubleshooting across servers, applications, network devices, VMware, and cloud environments.
• Optimize alerting to reduce noise and improve detection accuracy.
• Onboard new infrastructure into monitoring and provide reporting for operational and incident support.
