Eaton's IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Ingeniero de procesos de moldeo Sr.- Turno Rotativo.

• The Molding Process Engineer is responsible for the development, validation and innovation of new ideas, products, processes, materials and all the specific tools necessary for the molding industry in general, at an advanced engineering level.
• Defines and implements the functions of troubleshooting, assembly, modification, design and replacement of molds, dies and tooling; ensuring compliance with product and process specifications, maximizing efficiency in the use of resources and favorably impacting operating indicators such as Quality, Service and Cost.
• Coordinate and participate with HPWT (High Performance Work Teams) to achieve Hive Five Metrics.
• Propose and implement actions to reduce scrap in the Molding Area.
