This is a temporary position with a fixed-term contract. Johnson Controls is hiring a Test Engineer to develop, implement, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for validating PCBAs and finish goods functionality.

• Design and develop automated test scripts using various testing frameworks to implement functional test sequences on PCBAs and finish goods.
• Conduct functional, integration, and performance testing on PCBAs and finish goods.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and enhance system functionality.
• Document test results, track defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Meet with R&D to define test strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in test development activities.
