The Manufacturing Engineer plays a strategic role at the power transformer plant, leading key initiatives to ensure operational efficiency, product quality, and industrial safety. The main purpose of this position is to manage investment projects, optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement methodologies, and coordinate the installation of specialized technical equipment, especially in critical areas such as the testing laboratory. Additionally the engineer serves as a technical reference, promoting cross‑functional collaboration and the development of innovative solutions that enhance the plant’s competitiveness.
