Injection Molding Process Engineer (Reynosa)

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer located in Reynosa.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Process Engineer's role involves:
Responsibilities
Create and implement the injection molding processes for all molds and equipment related to the molding production.
Keep up date all process documentation, establish optimized settings, continuous improvement.
Provide technical leadership to molding technicians.
Core tools up dating (PFMA, Control Plan), CQI-23, CQI-20.
New tools & Equipment validation process.
Experience in Automotive industry (desirable).
Analyze root causes of defects (e.g., warpage, short shots, flash) and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
Work with mold makers and maintenance teams to ensure proper mold design and upkeep.
