Job Summary

The Inside Account Manager II at TD Synnex/ Shyft Global Services is responsible for managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, driving sales of technology products and services, and providing exceptional customer support within an inside sales environment. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customer accounts via phone and email.
Proactively reach out to dormant reseller partners who have not conducted business in the past months, with the goal of re-engaging and rebuilding relationships.
