Description

The Inside Sales Executive is a key customer-facing role responsible for managing assigned core accounts while developing new business opportunities, with a focus on exceeding individual and team gross profit (GP) goals. The ISE will identify customer needs, present the company’s value proposition, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability. This role includes autonomy in setting pricing, managing customer engagement strategies, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
What you'll do
Drive demand creation for all Astute service offerings, focusing on new client acquisition.
Prospect, qualify, and develop new customers, industries, and offerings.
Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, including requests for quotes (RFQs).
Expand business with target accounts and work to achieve AVL/PSL status.
Determine appropriate resell pricing on customer quotes while maintaining healthy margins.
