Inside Sales Specialist

Our client, who specialize in touchless biometric identification using face recognition and temperature detection to enhance security, health, and productivity for businesses, is currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team.

In this role, you will report to the Commercial Manager and will be responsible to work with the market and regions to ensure sales operational processes are aligned. Staying abreast of company product roadmap, reporting any commercial & market requirements to the relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing end to end sales backend activities: Booking of order, collection of payment or reminders to clients.
• Coordinate pre-sales and after-sales activities between customers and sales team.
